These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the docutrad.fr website, published by DOCUTRAD (SAS). By browsing the Site, the User unreservedly accepts these ToU.

2. Purpose & acceptance
The ToU govern access to and use of the Site – Any browsing constitutes acceptance – The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to orders – the Privacy Policy governs data and cookies
3. Access – Availability – Maintenance
Free access – costs borne by the User – 24/7 availability subject to maintenance – updates or external events – no compensation in the event of interruption
4. Licence to use & intellectual property
Non-exclusive – non-transferable – revocable licence for personal access to/use of the Site – Content protected by the French Intellectual Property Code – reproduction – extraction – adaptation – distribution prohibited without written agreement – Authorised quotations must cite docutrad as the source
5. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited: intrusion – circumvention of security – mass scraping – overloading – distribution of viruses/malware – unlawful content (defamatory – hateful – infringing) – identity theft – unauthorised data collection – docutrad may suspend access in the event of a breach
6. File upload (UploadKit)
The User undertakes to transmit only lawful files – free of viruses – accurate and legible – docutrad may refuse/delete any suspicious or unlawful file – without notice
7. Customer reviews (Trustpilot / Google Reviews)
Reviews published via these services are the responsibility of their authors – docutrad may moderate/report clearly unlawful reviews
8. Links & linking
Links to third-party sites: docutrad does not control their content and disclaims all liability – Creating a link to the homepage is permitted if fair and not misleading (without framing/implicit endorsement) – docutrad may withdraw permission
9. Personal data & cookies
See the Privacy Policy – GDPR rights – purposes – legal bases – recipients (Shopify – Stripe – UploadKit – Trustpilot/Google) – transfers – retention – cookie banner accept/refuse/configure
10. Electronic evidence
Logs – timestamps – captures and electronic exchanges may serve as evidence
11. Force majeure
No liability in the event of an unforeseeable – irresistible – external event preventing access to the Site
12. Modifications
docutrad may modify the ToU – the current version is the one published online on the day of the visit
13. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
French law – French courts have jurisdiction – subject to the mandatory public-order rules protecting consumers
