A sworn translation is carried out by a translator accredited by the Court of Appeal. It is certified as a true copy of the original and recognized by all French and international administrations and courts.

Yes ✅. The PDF version, signed and stamped by the sworn translator, has full legal value once printed. It is accepted by government agencies. However, if you would like to receive the original paper copy, we offer postal delivery via DHL (+€15).

We translate all types of official and administrative documents, including:

  • Birth, marriage, and death certificates
  • Criminal record, passport, identity card
  • Diplomas, transcripts, certificates.
  • Contracts, legal statuses, court decisions.
  • Send all information (staff account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the issues, link) to email@domain.com

Yes. Our translations are valid in the countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention (including France and Tunisia). For some countries, an apostille may be required (this service is offered as an option at €15 per document).

Most translations are delivered within 48 business hours of approval and payment. For large documents, a specific timeframe can be provided in the quote.

Our rates start at €28 per page. The price depends on:

  • From the combination of languages
  • Selected options (apostille, postal delivery)

Yes. If you need delivery in less than 24 hours, please contact us directly before ordering. A priority rate may apply.

An apostille is an international certification that confirms the validity of a public document. It is often required for using your documents abroad. 👉 If you are unsure, our advisors can guide you free of charge.
An invoice is automatically generated for each order. You can also request one by email and we will send it to you in PDF format.
In this case, we may ask you for a typed transcription or a clearer version, in order to avoid any errors.

Yes ✅. All documents you entrust to us are treated with strict confidentiality. Only the sworn translator in charge of your case has access to it.

An order can be cancelled or modified as long as the translation has not yet begun. Once the work has started, it is no longer possible to cancel, but we remain flexible to adjust certain options (e.g., postal delivery).

Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will also be notified by email as soon as your translation is ready and sent.

Yes. For orders of multiple documents or large volumes, we offer preferential rates. Contact us for a personalized quote.
